Project Process
1. Quote and Agreement
After initial contact, we provide a written quote. Work starts only after the agreement is signed and the deposit is received.
2. Development Phase
We work according to the agreed timeline with regular check-ins. Changes impacting the original specification are billed separately.
3. Testing and Delivery
Comprehensive testing is performed before launch. The client can review and approve the final result before final payment.
Payment Terms
Payment Structure
- • 50% deposit: Upon signing the agreement
- • 50% final payment: Upon project delivery
- • Payment terms: Net 30 days
- • Late interest: 24% per year pursuant to the Interest Act
Note: All prices include 25% VAT where applicable. Invoices are sent electronically; payment via bankgiro or Swish.
Change Management and Additional Work
The approved quote and specification at project start define the project scope. Work falling outside this scope — whether new features, design changes or extended functionality — is treated as additional work and quoted separately. Clickwebb will always notify the client in writing before any additional work begins. The project timeline will be adjusted to reflect approved additional work.
Important: A change to the specification is not a mistake — it is an addition. We welcome changes but they affect time and cost.
Revision Rounds
The project quote includes two (2) rounds of revisions per phase. A revision round is defined as consolidated feedback on delivered material within the agreed timeframe. Additional rounds are invoiced at the hourly rate. Revisions that introduce new functionality or substantial design changes outside the original specification are classified as additional work, not revisions.
- • Included: 2 revision rounds per phase
- • Additional rounds: Invoiced per hour at the current rate
Definition: Revision = adjustment within the specification. New feature or new design concept = additional work.
Timeline and Client Delays
The project timeline is based on the client delivering materials, feedback and approvals on time. The following applies when delays are caused by the client:
- • If feedback is absent for more than 14 days, Clickwebb reserves the right to adjust the timeline without compensation to the client.
- • If a project is inactive for more than 60 days due to client delays, Clickwebb may close the project and invoice all completed work.
- • Restarting an inactive project is subject to a restart fee per the current price list.
- • Clickwebb is not responsible for hosting, domains or third-party services after project delivery. The client is responsible for maintaining these agreements.
Client Responsibilities
