Eventlo is a SaaS platform for event organisers. Clickwebb built both the website and the entire application: design, frontend, backend, API and payment solution.

Eventlo didn't just need a nice website. They needed a full SaaS product. Clickwebb was commissioned to build everything: a marketing site in Swedish and English, plus a complete application where organisers can create event pages, manage registrations, send reminders and check in attendees via QR code. All designed to be simple enough for an individual yet powerful enough for a company.
The entire project under one roof
Clickwebb was responsible for the entire delivery of Eventlo, from the product concept and UX design to technical architecture and deployment. The website and application were built in parallel by the same team, meaning zero communication issues between design and dev. The result is a cohesive product with consistent design, seamless UX and scalable architecture, delivered at record speed.

Event pages with RSVP
Organisers create public event pages with registration forms, attendee counts and real-time updates, no code required.
QR check-in
Every registered attendee gets a unique QR code. The organiser scans at the entrance, check-in in under a second.
